On arrival we found the staff extraordinarily pleasant, the rooms at the highest standards and all services offered with a smile. Over the course of 10 days we came to know many of the staff both in the hotel and the Monsoon Cafe. Standards everywhere were excellent, the food at the cafe also excellent particularly the Australian steak and pizza. Walk one minute to Nana Skytrain Station. I can recommend this hotel in any case.
