The rooms are reasonable priced and for your money, there is no better hotel of that size and price that you could find in Chiang Mai. My son and I stayed there for 3 weeks! The only drawback was the open window dining area. While eating breakfast, my son and I were bitten by mosquitoes. The lovely bit of greenery around hotel tends to attractmosquitoes. Other wise I was very happy with Pingnakorn.
