Booking service was o.k although i wasn t given 24 hours to pay as stated, it was due on the same day so this needs to be addressed. Also one of the banks noted where you could pay rejected the bar code on the billing statement., April 11, 2012
by James Canavan Visit Date:April 8, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The resort was undergoing some rectification building works during our stay including extensive tree lopping adjacent our accommodation so noise during the day was an issue as well as scattered debri. Otherwise, the resort has a great location, good food and friendly service/staff. I believe that the accommodation and other resort facilities however are well over due for a face lift as they appear well worn. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Хорошо, как всегда., February 26, 2012
by Sergey Chupin Visit Date:February 19, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Хорошие комнаты, но очень далеко от ближайшего жилья, магазинов. Массажа и процедур не было (спа отель?). Персонал включает дурака на раз. Кухня отвратительная. Народу нет - в смысле никому там не интересно быть. Остановиться там - была наша ошибка. Другим не советую. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | very easy to book and very good to deal with, October 31, 2011

by Casper Bilsted Visit Date:January 20, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We were very surprised when we checked in. The resort seemed deserted. Were we the only guests? The bar by the pool area had not been open for some time and everything seemed to be covered in spiderweb. The staff was nice but didn t speak much English. The door to our first room couldn t be locked and inside it smelled like stale water. So did the second one. At first we were afraid to eat at the restaurant (how could the food be fresh if the had no guests?) but actually the food turned out to be some of the best we had on our three weeks in Thailand. Bravo! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | January 4, 2011 by Mr.Kevin Pollet Visit Date:December 31, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "A lovely resort but half the staff is very friendly and the other half is grompy. The resort is nice but far from everything." | As usual, fast and efficient., July 20, 2010
by Han-Li Tsai-Christoffersen Visit Date:June 30, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Banpu Resort is a very quiet resort with mostly Thai guests visiting for various arrangements. We had the Banpu suite with two bedroom, which are rather large and clean rooms, however, no daylight windows in the rooms. The facilities are worn down and need renovation. Staff is very friendly. The place is offside, but for 150 Baht the hotel brings you forth and back to Trat, a little town, where you can shop a little. The Banpu restaurant, however, was the best experience. Though service was not an impressive standard, the food was truly authentic for the Trat province with crabs and other seafood. Cheap and very tasty - we enjoyed eating there." | Excellent, April 20, 2010

by Jack F. Schoeller Visit Date:October 24, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "power failure on arrival.breakfast poor!!location perfect good restaurants nearby-you need a car or transport!!" | April 30, 2009 by Gwenael leroux Visit Date:April 12, 2009 "I must admit that when we took a local taxi to the hotel we were a bit worried as it was quite a long way from town, but really, it is an Exquisite place! The bungalows are very well maintained all on piles with flowers hanged on the outside. The restaurant overlooking the bay is Superb and the staff very helpful.Would stay there again no problem, especially for US 25!" | No problems as usual, I ve used Sawadee for years and keep coming back., April 6, 2009 by Thomas f sikorski Visit Date:March 30, 2009 "A little out of the way, but nice concept, good food and smoothies (fruit shakes) to die for." | February 28, 2009 by Brian Robinson Visit Date:February 2, 2009 "Very peaceful hotel tucked away in the mangrove swamps with bungalows on stilts over the sea. Fairly basic room and bathroom furnishings but the setting more than compensates. Lovely pool and lake and an excellent restaurant for dinner. Staff are helpful and attentive. Only downsides are serious mosquito attacks - go armed with a good repellent - and very average breakfast. Overall very good value for money. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Excellent Service. No any problem., July 1, 2008 by Khun Suppapinya Chandrasardula Visit Date:June 28, 2008 "It s really worth for money spent. Our family stay one night in the resort (Lake View). Here is very peaceful, quite and having own decoration style. The staffs are friendly. Room is big, clean and provide enough facilities for us. Also bathroom is lovely, swimming pool not so big but my kid was enjoyed with for long hours. Breakfast not variety becuase there are few guests, anyway we re served with good and enough food.We will back again for sure. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Sawadee is the best booking service that we have used on our many trips to thailand, cambodia and vietnam. The requests are processed very quickly and if there is ever a problem or query - that is replied to very quickly and efficiently. The prices for hotels are significantly cheaper than going through the hotel directly or with other travel web sites. , April 29, 2008 by natasha fairfax Visit Date:March 27, 2008 "Banpur Resort and Spa is a lovely hotel on the mainland in Trat. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were alot of mosquitos due to the fact that the hotel is positioned over water so be prepared with your repellant. Also be aware that if you fly into Trat there is no public/meter taxis available from the airport which is owned by Bangkok Air. They will try and charge you 1600 baht for a one way transfer to the Hotel!!!! The better option is to get them to give you a lift to the ferry wharf 200 baht per person and then get a taxi from there abour 450 baht. The resort is about 35 minutes drive from the wharf. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Hotels & Resorts RecommendDestination:Bangkok Location:Sathorn Road / Narathivas Road Address:291 Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 24, City:New Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120 Start Rate:66 USD (Rate as of May 25 2012 14:10:20 GMT) Destination:Koh Samui Location:Chaweng Beach Address:162/2 Moo 2, Chaweng Beach City:Koh Samui, Suratthani 84320 Start Rate:84 USD (Rate as of May 25 2012 14:10:29 GMT) Destination:Bangkok Location:Riverside, Rama III Road Address:372 Rama III Road, Bangklo, City:Bangkok 10120 Start Rate:57 USD (Rate as of May 25 2012 14:10:20 GMT) Destination:Chiang Mai Location:City, Sridonchai Road Address:153 Sridonchai Road, Muang, City:Chiang Mai 50100 Start Rate:40 USD (Rate as of May 25 2012 14:10:17 GMT) Destination:Koh Samui Location:Lamai Beach Address:26/1-3 Moo 3, T.
