TV lacked English programs; no refrigerator in room; bathroom extremely basic. The staff referred to guests by room number. The buffet dinner was horrible as well as the breakfast. The staff prepared food with their bare hands and handed it over to guest. The food at the breakfast buffet was cold. The sign said they served until 10 am but the heating elements were removed by 8 am, leaving the food uncovered in an outdoor restaurant. The towels look ten years old. No information of hotel and its services in room. Lástima que tuvimos una mala experiencia con el servicio, cenamos en el hotel y nos intentaron timar 1.200 baths (= 25 euros) de más por la cara, por ser turistas. Y luego ni se disculparon.... Room was of a good standard and clean. Hotel is located a long way out of town and there was no shuttle or transport service to Lampang town. Hotel staff were not helpful when we asked about transport and couldn t even arrange a taxi and suggested we walk to the highway with our luggage and wait for a local bus to take us.I would only recommend this hotel if you have your own transport eg hire car etc. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
