It is located near many good restaurants, massage parlours and shopping centers. It is also near the beach. Au Nang was really a piece of crap town. Build for tourists with tailors, restaurants, massage places everywhere. And they did not leave you alone , a No thank you was never enough. And they all get really rude after some time. Only stayed for a brief time in Au Nang because of the bad attmosphere there. It does not have sufficient facilities & staff for the number of guests it can accommodate, e.g. breakfast area, accessible only by steps, is far too small when the hotel is full & unless you are prepared to eat between 6.30am & 8.00am, breakfast is a scrum. There are insufficient staff to clear tables & as a result tables are dirty & non existant for the number of guests arriving at busy times. There are 3 pools with roughly 80 sun-beds in total, which is not much good for 350+ guests. The pool towels have seen much better days & are not always available. However, on the plus side the superior room was lovely although the shower was useless! This is most definitely not a hotel for non-smokers. The only designated non-smoking area is the breakfast area, but unfortunately the hotel management & staff do not enforce this! All in all an extremely disappointing stay in what is purported to be a 4 star hotel!" | Good service, quick respons on any questions.
