Staff mostly friendly apart the two ladies at reception. During my stay they have had often problems with internet connection. Daily room service and hotel bar was open 24 hours.Charmantes Hotel vor allem für junge Leute und Rucksack-Touristen – gut gelegen. Good signal. The guesthouse is more for backpackers on a budget. I stayed in the Lanna (more expensive room) but really was glad the next day to move to another hotel that we found cheaper, cleaner, bigger, flat screen TV, & wifi. A/c worked fine but paint chipping on the walls & ceilings were a real turn-off. Desk people were nice enough. The shower was directly where you would have to stand for the sink - no room at all. No closets to hang clothes and no desk or table for computer. I had to go downstairs to use A TABLE IN THE LOBBY. Basically, I would not recomment this place.
