Staff are friendly and helpsom and there is everything you need in the apartments. The breakfast restaurant can be a bit crowded but the buffet is good. Both Skytrain and Metro station (Asok) is in walkingdistance from Somerset so downtown Bangkok is only 15-20 minutes away. It will be a 10-15 mins walk to BTS from the hotel. There is a tuktuk service. But it will not bring you to the BTS station. However,for the 4 days when we were there, the breakfase selection were almost the same.Room Quality: We booked a 2 bedrooms suite on Tower B.We were requested to pay for extra bed for my 9yrs old gal when we booked it online. However, both rooms could not really accomodate the extra bed. In the end, the housekeeping staff placed the bed right infront of the toilet door in one of the room.
