We had our parents with us. But we got only 3 rooms. When we asked for another room, they said no other room is available. Though they gave us an upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite, it was not expected when we booked long ago. The washrooms looks okay but always you can smell some bad odour. Pattaya is very hot now and unfortunately the AC of any of the rooms was not working. After a long chat they managed table fans!!!! Noise level is minmal...but,let me tell you now..if you going to complain about noise.... STAY HOME - PATTAYA is not for you...Staff were great and helpful...Especially Philip..you have any problems..Philip will fix..(gentleman) Would i stay again...YES." |
